The beloved characters from the iconic comedy “Sex and the City” are back together in the new series “And just like that…”. The first two episodes of the sequel premiered on HBO Max, surprising fans with a lot of nudity and daring scenes.
In the series, Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte find themselves in situations where they have to undress on camera. Miranda engages in passionate sex in a hot tub and later in bed, while Charlotte appears topless during intimate moments with her husband.
Carrie, after a romantic encounter with her podcast producer Franklin, tries to keep their relationship casual and focused on physical intimacy rather than emotional involvement. She seeks advice from her friends on maintaining this arrangement.
Meanwhile, as Carrie prepares for the Met Gala, she faces a wardrobe crisis. In a desperate attempt to salvage her appearance, she improvises by using her wedding veil and dress from her marriage to Big.
The first season of “And Just Like That…” aired in 2021 with 10 episodes, and the second season, consisting of 11 episodes, is currently being filmed.
Despite initial resistance, actress Kim Cattrall agreed to make an appearance as Samantha Jones, one of the show’s beloved characters, in one episode only, without interacting with the rest of the main cast.
